Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Spa Host at Andaz Maui at Wailea to welcome guests, guide spa experiences, and coordinate wellness services. You will know the resort offerings, assist with therapies, and upsell products while maintaining guest records and payments.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with spa software (Book4Time, OPERA, HotSOS, RESERVE). Shifts include mornings to holidays inWailea’s luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Spa software: Book4Time, OPERA, HotSOS, RESERVE preferred.
• Experience in Spa/Health/Wellness industry strongly desirable.
• Must be able to work alternating shifts including mornings, middays, afternoons, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact at the spa and the last contact upon departure.
• Provide guests with product recommendations and wellness information.
• Record guest registrations and handle payments; issue invoices.
• Liaise on resort services, accommodations and activities for guests.
• Inform guests of new products and services to drive patronage.
