Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and at least 1 year of receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and a welcoming demeanor essential.
• Proficiency with spa software and ability to stay updated on department developments.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest with a smile and provide a positive first impression.
• Remain informed about latest department developments and spa offerings.
• Attend weekly meetings with Supervisor or Department Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the spa facility and work areas.
• Attend product knowledge training and promote body products.
• Coordinate bookings and communicate with managers when issues arise.
• Understand and use spa software and related computer programs.
• Remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Demonstrate active listening and assist guests to resolve needs.
• Support Spa operations at Retail and Salon Desks, as needed.
• CPR training within 90 days of employment and knowledge of the local area.
