Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a Spa setting.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assign lockers, and issue robes/slippers.
• Escort guests to service areas and locker rooms in a timely manner.
• Monitor schedule to ensure punctuality per SOP.
• Maintain extreme privacy, care, and respect for guests.
• Ensure spa areas are clean and orderly through walk-throughs.
• Assist with replenishing robes, towels, toiletries, and supplies.
