Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-driven Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our spa operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will partner with the Spa Manager to foster a positive, guest-focused, and team-oriented culture while growing membership and service sales.

The role requires coaching front desk staff, managing scheduling and inventory, and providing accurate sales reporting; must be flexible to evenings and weekends and eager to develop leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk operations and coaching sales staff.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a sales team to meet goals.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Interest in health and wellness and educating guests on services and memberships.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily front desk operations and training of sales associates.
