Job summary

Hand & Stone is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy spa location in Garner, NC. You will lead daily operations, drive spa sales, coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a calm, upscale environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Spa experience is not required but a strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with strength in sales and work ethic.
• Ability to coach, mentor and hire future spa professionals.
• Spa experience is not necessary nor recommended to apply for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience to all clients through the answering of phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and membership sales and management
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Spa
• Manage and drive spa sales performance
• Assist in developing talented spa professionals
• Membership education and sales - including sales goals and incentives
• Passionately promote products and services
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. (Shifts are 8-4 and 2-10)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Fast learner and tech savvy
• Comfortable in a fast paced work environment. We are a small location but high volume
• Create marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profits
• Perform data analysis that drives business decisions and success
• Use sound judgment, work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Plan and direct to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises
• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Motivates and empowers the team to achieve high standards.
