• Enroll new members and educate on Hiatus Membership.
• Maintain a welcoming spa environment aligned with brand standards.
• Greet guests, check them in, and provide a spa tour.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and post-service follow-up.
• Handle guest inquiries and calls not answered by the call center.
