Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa + Med Spa in Texas is seeking a Spa General Manager to lead a location with entrepreneurial spirit and guest-first service. You will own revenue growth, profitability, and daily operations while developing a high-performing team in a luxury wellness environment.

You will oversee Front Desk, service providers, and spa operations, drive KPIs like memberships, retail, and guest retention, and ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail leadership.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving business performance.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage KPIs and P&L.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest service.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As the Spa General Manager, you are the heartbeat of your location—fully empowered as the leader of your spa, the developer of your team, and the driver of your business performance.

What You'll Do

Business Performance & Spa Leadership

Take ownership of your spa’s revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance

Monitor and drive KPIs including membership growth, retail sales, guest retention, and service utilization

Use financial insights and daily reporting to guide strategic business decisions

Manage budgets and optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences

Partner with Med Spa leadership to expand and elevate aesthetics services

Collaborate with brand partners to host retail and wellness events

Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing spa team

Lead Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Service Provider teams

Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and career growth

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top talent

Ensure staffing levels meet guest demand and support revenue goals

Mentor team members and develop future leaders within the organization

Guest Experience Excellence

Champion “The Hiatus Way” guest experience

Ensure every guest receives personalized, results-driven services and expert recommendations

Drive membership growth and guest loyalty

Oversee daily spa operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory

Execute operational SOPs and maintain consistent brand standards
