Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa & Med Spa seeks a Lead Guest Experience Coordinator to mentor a growing team and uphold the Hiatus Way, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from check-in to checkout.

The role combines relationship-building with operational leadership, overseeing scheduling, performance, and memberships across multiple Texas locations. Evening/weekend availability is required to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a guest services or spa team.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client focus.
• Strong presentation and industry knowledge.
• Wellness-minded and people-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work evenings and weekends, including two closing nights weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Guest Experience Coordinators.
• Enroll members and drive membership goals.
• Manage spa environment and brand standards.
• Greet guests, check-in, and provide tours.
• Own appointment scheduling and productivity.
• Handle post-service follow-ups and home care.
• Respond to guest concerns and escalations.
• Perform opening/closing duties and reconcile payments.
• Coordinate spa groups and on-site events.
• Resolve guest complaints with leadership support.
