Job summary

Center Parcs Aqua Sana Forest Spa seeks a General Manager to lead the spa and Vitalé Café Bar, driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth. You will work with the Village Director and senior teams to uphold brand standards, optimise budgets, and oversee a 50+ strong team across spa and dining outlets.

You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and delivering exceptional service, with hours set to 160 per 4-week period on a 365-day operation.

Qualifications

• Financial management and budgeting experience within leisure or hospitality.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage large teams and stakeholders.
• Proven guest service focus and high standards of operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, P&L and operating costs to drive revenue.
• Oversee sales, capacity, therapist utilisation and retail performance.
• Lead promotions, payroll and cost control initiatives.
• Direct end-to-end guest journey and ensure brand standards.
