Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore Spa is hiring a Spa Receptionist to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting. You will schedule appointments, greet guests, and assist with retail sales while maintaining a polished and welcoming front desk presence.

The role requires patience, organization, and strong communication, with shifts covering a broad 8am–7pm window. Prior spa or luxury hotel exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service in a guest-facing upscale environment.
• Experience with retail sales and upselling is highly preferred.
• Professional communication and appearance are essential.
• CPR certification and Food Handler Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments and manage front-desk operations.
• Check-in and check-out guests and assist with billing.
• Assist with retail sales and product knowledge.
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Handle lockers, supplies, and appointment logistics.
• Attend pre-shift and department meetings and follow safety procedures.
