Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore resort seeks a Spa Receptionist to efficiently schedule spa appointments, check guests in and out, and support retail sales. You’ll use Spa Soft and Book4Time, greet guests, issue lockers, handle billing, and participate in pre-shift meetings.

Qualifications

• Two years customer service experience in a guest-facing, upscale environment.
• Experience with retail sales and upselling preferred.
• Experience using spa reservation systems (Spa Soft, Book4Time) preferred.
• Spa or luxury hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• CPR certification and Food Handler Card preferred.
• Excellent computer and customer service skills; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments and check guests in/out.
• Assist with retail sales and upselling.
• Greet and welcome arriving guests; issue lockers and supplies.
• Handle spa billing and ensure accurate transactions.
