Pyramid Global Hospitality, Arizona Biltmore, Phoenix, is seeking a part-time Spa Receptionist to schedule appointments, check guests in/out, and assist with retail sales. The role involves front desk systems, spa operations, and delivering high-end guest experiences at an iconic luxury resort.

Two years of customer service in a luxury environment, familiarity with Spa Soft and Book4Time, and a professional appearance are preferred. Weekend flexibility required, with shifts 8am–7pm.

Formación

• Two years of customer service experience in a guest-facing upscale environment.
• Experience with retail sales and upselling is highly preferred.
• Experience using a reservation system such as Book4Time is highly preferred.
• Spa experience is preferred.
• Luxury hotel/resort experience is preferred.
• Certification, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Food Handler Card is preferred.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Excellent computer and customer service skills.
• Time management skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Professional in communication and appearance.
• Accountable and responsible.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate knowledge of the proper use of front desk systems including Spa Soft reservations systems, filing systems, sales systems, and guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Greet and welcome arriving guests.
• Issue lockers and other supplies for guest use.
• Make appointments.
• Handle spa billing.
• Assist retail sales.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled pre-shift and department meetings.
• Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.
