Job summary

You will serve beverages in accordance with health and safety rules, handle payments, and guide guests through spa facilities while keeping the front desk clean and organized.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, good computer and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with guest services and spa environment.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and modify guest appointments using booking software.
• Provide accurate, detailed information about spa services, treatments, packages, and products.
• Check guests in and out for their appointments and process payments.
• Escort guests to treatment waiting areas and offer beverages.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and respond to emails.
• Open and close front desk per SOP.
• Promote spa products, packages, and gift cards.
• Assist with inventory counts and report low stock levels.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail display.
• Offer and serve complimentary or for-purchase beverages.
• Check IDs for guests who appear under 30 to verify age.
• Monitor intoxication signs and refuse service when needed.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
