Mesquite Entertainment in Mesquite, Nevada is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, check them in and out, and book appointments by phone and in person.
You will serve beverages in accordance with health and safety rules, handle payments, and guide guests through spa facilities while keeping the front desk clean and organized.
This role requires weekend and holiday availability, good computer and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment.

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for all guests and is responsible for providing a welcoming and relaxing experience from arrival to departure. Responsible for checking guests in and out and booking appointments by phone and in person. This role includes responsibly serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
The Spa Receptionist must have strong computer, typing, phone and verbal skills. This person must be able to work in a team and provide quality service to guests. This person must be detailed oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Excellent customer service skills are necessary. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
Walking; standing; bending; carrying light items such as papers, books, small parts, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
Frequent exposure to natural, organic, or chemically produced products that encompasses all supplies used and stored at any given time in the Spa or Salon for services. The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lit, heated, and ventilated. This is a work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
