Golden Nugget Spa and Salon seeks a courteous receptionist to greet guests, schedule spa and salon appointments, and maintain a welcoming environment. You will assist guests with information, process payments, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will uphold brand standards of kindness, engagement, empathy, and positivity while handling money with PCI compliance and providing accurate daily reports to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months experience as a Beauty Salon Receptionist or similar position.
• Must communicate effectively in English with guests and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive guest service experience to each guest.

• Be an expert about products and services available within the Spa and Salon.
