Job summary

Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC is seeking a retail sales associate to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional client experiences in a spa-like setting. The base hourly rate is $18–$20 with commission on memberships and gift card sales. Leadership growth is available with performance-based pay increases.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to help customers in Wellness/spa settings.
• Experience selling memberships or services in person preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell the Elements Wellness Program membership.
• Conduct client outreach (phone/text) for rebooking and WP enrollment.
• Provide a welcoming guest experience with attentive customer service.
