Job summary

WellBiz Brands, Inc. is seeking a part-time Wellness Membership Advisor at our Maple Valley studio. You’ll greet clients, manage scheduling and check-ins, and guide visitors into our Elements Wellness Program using a relationship-based sales approach.

As the heart of the front desk, you’ll keep the studio running smoothly and ensure a welcoming, on-brand experience. Experience in retail or spa hospitality is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the front desk and manage scheduling and check-ins.
• Guide visitors into the Elements Wellness Program via a relationship-focused sales process.
• Handle daily operations to keep the studio running smoothly and on-brand.
• Contribute to a clean, calm, professional studio environment and support teammates.

You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person. Compensation & Benefits What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($21.525 - $22.750 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales.
