Job summary
Elements Therapeutic Massage is seeking a Front Desk Associate to drive sales of the Elements Wellness Program while delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk. The role focuses on listening to client needs, addressing questions, and creating a welcoming spa-like experience for every visitor.
Ideal candidates have retail experience, enjoy talking and listening, and can manage scheduling and payments with user-friendly software.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
- Love listening to all clients and transform feedback into great customer service.
- Prior retail sales experience; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
- Customer service in a spa-like environment; emphasis on hospitality and execution.
- Familiarity with scheduling and payments processed with computer programs.
