Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate in Shreveport to deliver excellent guest service, manage member check-in/out, and drive memberships. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments and support reception duties in a fast-paced spa environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service and sales experience, basic cash handling, and strong communication skills. Flexibility with hours and the ability to multitask are essential in this role at Massage Envy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and cash handling experience, phone and computer skills.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to interact professionally with members/guests, prospective clients, vendors and clinic management.
• Must have good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
• Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Must work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, check members in and out for appointments, set appointments and greet members/guests, selling and renewing memberships, and inviting inactive members for appointments.
• Assists in maintaining front desk and reception area in a professional, clean and organized manner.
• Understands and applies strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto renewal, etc.).
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room, stock linen, and check lotion supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
