Massage Envy is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent at our Hollywood location. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and guide clients on services and memberships while driving sales and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Ideal candidates have front desk or spa experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours include nights and weekends; position pays $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Spa and front desk experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Comfort with hotel/guest services software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Answer inquiries and provide information on services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel software.
• Assist with night audit duties and process financial transactions accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms.
