Job summary

Massage Envy (NCT Company d.b.a.) Fargo front desk role seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member to greet guests, answer phones, check in/out appointments, schedule bookings, and sell or renew memberships. You will warmly welcome visitors and relay important information to the team while delivering outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean reception area and therapy room while assisting with basic cash handling, data entry, and daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, cash handling, phone and computer skills.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with members/guests and staff.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible days/hours; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, checking members in and out for appointments, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling and renewing memberships.
• Assists in maintaining professional, clean and organized front desk and reception area.
• Understands and applies strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto renewable, etc.).
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Maintains cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room; assist with stocking linen shelves and replacing full linen bags; assists with inventory.
• Other duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
