Job summary

The Front Desk Supervisor at the WELL Spa + Salon at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI oversees guest services at the front desk, handles reservations, balances transactions, and supports daily spa reception operations, reporting revenue and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least six months in guest service, prior supervisory experience, and strong communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months or more in guest service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle front desk transactions and reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of SMS Host, SMS POS, and SMS Touch.
• Post room charges, taxes, and resort fees and balance F&B systems.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority.
• Monitor front desk safety, security, and appearance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status.
