Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts seeks an Assistant Spa Director at the WELL Spa + Salon, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will assist the Director of Spa in all spa operations, policy development, and staff training in a premier AAA Four Diamond resort.

The role requires 3+ years in spa management, luxury hotel experience preferred, and P&L responsibilities. Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills are essential, with opportunities for growth within Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Spa management experience
• Luxury hotel experience preferred
• College graduate or professional certifications in spa treatments preferred
• Prior Spa Soft software preferred
• Prior P&L experience and responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of all spa operations and staff including therapists, estheticians, nail techs, and receptionists
• Create and uphold departmental policies, procedures and standards
• Oversee and coordinate training of treatment protocols on menu of services
• Develop and implement promotional programs with Marketing department
• Assist with special events as necessary
• Maximize spa revenues by tracking trends and thinking creatively
• Ensure safety and security for spa guests and associates
• Ensure proper maintenance of facility and equipment and report problems
• Monitor inventory, ordering systems, and issuing of products and supplies
• Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and guests
• Monitor and ensure high standards of treatments and personnel
• Develop and implement new spa services
• Perform other duties as assigned

What will you be doing?

What do you bring to the role?

Minimum of 3 years Spa management experience required

Luxury hotel experience preferred
