Job summary

Heyday is seeking a Front-of-House Host/Shop Team member in Denver to deliver a world-class guest experience. You will engage clients, share skincare recommendations, and anticipate needs to book future appointments and memberships.

You’ll work a non-traditional schedule including Mondays and Saturdays, with opportunities to train and grow within a fast-paced Heyday environment that values initiative, teamwork, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Able to work on Mondays 1pm-8:30pm and Saturdays 11am-6pm.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence when recommending memberships, packages, and products.
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
• Educate clients on current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments
• Assist with re-stocking products
• Help with daily shop tasks and projects
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Work as a cohesive team with all Heyday staff members
• Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the Host team
• Maintain the distinct Heyday aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
