Heyday Skincare in Denver is seeking a Host to deliver world-class guest experiences by connecting with guests, recommending products, anticipating needs, and resolving questions.

As part of our fast-growing brand, you’ll help educate clients on promotions and memberships, assist with daily shop tasks, and uphold the Heyday aesthetic. This role offers training, development, and employee discounts while you contribute to a vibrant, customer-focused team.

• The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
• Educate clients on current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments
• Assist with re-stocking products
• Help with daily shop tasks and projects
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Work as a cohesive team with all Heyday staff members
• Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the Host team
• Maintain the distinct Heyday aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
