Qualifications

• 1 year of guest service experience in a spa, hotel, or similar service-oriented environment preferred.

• Clear, friendly communication in person, by phone, and email.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professional demeanor always.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism; set the tone for their visit.
• Manage phones, emails, and in-person inquiries; book appointments and handle walk-ins.
• Share knowledgeable recommendations on treatments, products, and add-ons.
• Process payments accurately and balance charges at shift start and end.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
• Follow established safety, security, and operational protocols.
• Pitch in on additional tasks to keep the spa running smoothly.
• Availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
