Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Help guests find gifts, clothing, souvenirs, and other retail items.
Answer guest questions and share general knowledge about the Resort, its history and amenities.
Operate the cash register and accurately handle and count cash.
Complete deposits accurately and responsibly.
Keep the retail shop clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day.
Assist guests with questions, comments, or concerns and help find solutions.
