• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor; elevate when appropriate.
• Follow established safety, security, and operational protocols to keep the environment safe and enjoyable for guests and staff.
• Pitch in on additional tasks as needed to keep the spa running smoothly, we're a team here.
• This is a resort hospitality role; availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons is required.

What you bring:
