The Victory Spa in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy individual for a regular part-time front desk/service role. You will provide exceptional guest service, promote a welcoming atmosphere, and help guests with bookings and product information.

Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, describing spa offerings, educating guests on activities, and assisting with opening/closing duties and daily operations. A proactive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for members and guests.
• Interact with guests by name and provide consistent service.
• Describe and sell spa services and products offered at the Victory Spa.
• Educate guests on spa and club activities.
• Open and close the spa as assigned.
• Assist guests with rescheduling or new bookings.
• Perform laundry for operators and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with service providers and book notes for the day.
