Job summary

ClubSport is seeking an engaging SPA RECEPTION professional to create memorable first and last impressions for members and guests. You will manage appointment bookings, handle inquiries, and assist with product sales while upholding spa and club standards.

The ideal candidate will be personable, possess strong customer service, and be able to work collaboratively with the Spa Manager and team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused spa reception experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell spa products and services.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Willingness to handle administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet members and guests as they enter the spa; smile and use names often.
• Set or confirm appointments; notify staff of client’s arrival
• Offer a parting wish to all members and guests as they exit the spa
• Handle spa appointments and cancellations accurately; inform service staff of changes
• Process point of sale transactions for products and services; record fees
• Promote spa products and services; assist clients with questions
• Keep spa desk, lobby and retail area neat and uncluttered
• Follow Member Service and Facility standards applicable to the spa
• Answer incoming calls; forward calls professionally; take messages
• Promote club events and programs during check-in/out
• Assist with administrative duties like mailings and campaigns
• Check changing rooms for towels, robes, amenities
• Other responsibilities assigned by Spa Manager
