Arch Amenities Group, a leading provider of spa, fitness, and leisure management, is seeking a Spa Attendant to support daily operations of our spa and fitness facilities. This role ensures areas are clean, stocked, welcoming, and maintained to brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality or spa is preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the spa, locker rooms, fitness areas and pool.
• Restock linens and amenities; manage dirty laundry collection and delivery.
• Greet guests, assist them and ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Escort guests to changing areas and explain facilities and amenities.
• Report guest issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow brand standards and safety procedures.
