Job summary

Ameristar Casino Resort Spa is hiring for a spa team member to greet guests, assist with spa usage, and manage front-desk transactions. You will handle payments and maintain cleanliness in spa facilities while supporting retail operations.

The role requires one year of spa or retail experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and move up to 100 pounds. Benefits start Day 1 and include health coverage and career development.

Qualifications

• One year spa or retail experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with spa usage.
• Handle all cash, checks, credit card, gift certificates and transactions.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of spa facilities.
• Stock and price merchandise in the retail area, lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Schedule spa and salon treatments.
• Know and follow all spa policies and procedures.
• Support other duties to enhance the spa.
