The Westin Jackson, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Spa Team member to deliver exceptional guest service in our on-site spa. You will handle reception, appointment scheduling, product knowledge, and POS transactions while maintaining a welcoming environment for hotel guests and members.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting spa services, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily spa operations with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and provide professional guest service.
• Must be willing to pitch in and help coworkers as a team.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle incoming calls for appointments and schedule accordingly.
• Promote spa, salon and fitness services and retail; upsell memberships.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments and products.
• Process payments and manage POS transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for supplies and maintain spa areas.
• Ensure guests sign in before entering the spa and track wait lists.
• Adhere to safety, security, and guest service standards.
