Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Spa Guest Services Associate to deliver outstanding guest experiences on our Westin Jackson spa team. You will greet guests, manage appointments, promote spa and fitness offerings, and assist with product selections.

Role requires excellent English communication, a professional appearance, teamwork, and strong customer service skills. You will support daily cash handling, inventory coordination, and a welcoming spa environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with a professional demeanor.
• Able to maintain a neat appearance and dress at all times.
• Team player who can assist coworkers when needed.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach.
• Ability to stay patient, tactful, and diplomatic with guests.
• Basic math and computer skills for daily transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and manage guest reception.
• Receive calls for appointments and schedule them, providing therapists with daily schedules.
• Call guests to promote spa, salon, and fitness offerings and sell services and memberships.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments and products to assist with selections.
• Handle point-of-sale procedures and cash handling; process gift certificates and payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure supplies and spa guest amenities are stocked.
• Maintain spa environment including music, lighting, and relaxation areas for guests and members.
• Ensure sign-in for all guests and manage waiting lists and daily checklists.
