Job summary

The Westin Jackson, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Spa Team member to assist the Spa Manager in daily operations including retail, membership, salon, and fitness programs in a luxury hotel environment.

You will support guest requests, participate in budgeting and inventory, coordinate group bookings, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and service in the spa and fitness areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and work well with guests and colleagues.
• Self-starting, professional appearance, and team player.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, and spa offerings.
• Assist daily spa operations, bookings, and inventory.
• Assist in all aspects of the spa member fitness areas and related billing.
• Support spa promotions to generate revenue.
• Assist with hiring staff, disciplinary actions, and staff motivation.
• Aid in monthly forecasting and maintaining the spa budget.
