Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage appointments, and process payments in our Jackson, MS spa. You will promote services and retail, answer inquiries, and coordinate with staff to maintain an exceptional guest experience.

In this role, you’ll handle daily checklists, ensure proper sign-in, manage wait lists, and support the spa environment including F&B in the relaxation lounge. A professional demeanor and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Handle spa reception, checkout, calls and appointment bookings.
• Promote spa, salon, fitness services and retail to guests and members.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions and cash handling.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure supplies and guest amenities are stocked.
