Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa team member to assist the Spa Manager in leading daily spa operations at The Westin Jackson in Jackson, MS. You will help manage bookings, inventory, member areas and promotions while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include onboarding staff, forecasting budgets, coordinating with catering for events, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starter with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work with guests and internal teams.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services and spa offerings.
• Assist in daily spa operations and guest bookings.
• Support spa member fitness areas and billing processes.
• Coordinate promotional activities to grow spa revenue.
• Participate in hiring, discipline and staff motivation.
• Assist in monthly forecasting and spa budgeting.
• Attend hotel meetings in the Spa Manager's absence.
• Help maximize net operating income and owner’s equity.
• Support training and development of spa associates.
• Evaluate and improve spa operations continuously.
• Collaborate with catering to handle group requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and upkeep.
• Ensure service standards exceed guest expectations, addressing concerns professionally.
