Job summary

Arch Amenities Group, in partnership with Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa, seeks a Spa Front Desk Receptionist for a full-service spa in Herndon, VA to greet guests, manage reservations, and handle cash and transactions.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in facility services, communicate clearly, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming, secure, and efficient spa environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling money.
• Excellent communication and work ethic.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and familiarize with facility services.
• Process transactions and reconcile daily sales.
