Job summary

Arch Amenities Group leads the National Harbor MGM Spa & Salon, seeking a Lead Spa Receptionist to supervise front desk staff and assist with programming, scheduling, and guest services. Under the Facility Director, you will help maintain daily operations and drive guest satisfaction.

As a key member of the team, you will support training, payroll processes, and event planning while ensuring security and smooth opening/closing procedures for a premier amenity space.

Qualifications

• College degree or comparable work experience.
• CPR/First-AidCertified, if required by client
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive front desk operations manual and policies.
• Submit payroll and financial reporting in line with policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and gather guest feedback.
• Supervise and train front desk staff.
• Develop staffing schedules for adequate coverage.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing and inspections.
• Ensure Front Desk staff implement Basics-To-Excellence program.
• Assist in planning programming and events where applicable.
