Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for the Finger Lakes spa in Ithaca, NY. This part-time role (2–3 days per week) offers a starting wage of $16.00–$20.00/hour based on experience and requires weekend and evening availability.

You will greet guests, answer calls, manage reservations, maintain a tidy front desk, provide concierge-level service, promote retail, and support daily operations. A set schedule with occasional extra shifts is available.

Job Description:

Our Finger Lakes spa is looking for a warm, professional, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team 2–3 days per week. Weekend and evening availability is required. A set schedule is available, with occasional additional shifts to cover staff time off or sick days.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in spa guests
• Answer phones and take reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby

• Promote and sell retail products
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
