The Flowering Almond Spa at The Founders Inn & Spa, a Hilton Tapestry Collection property, seeks a friendly Spa Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, manage reservations, check-in/out, and assist with spa and hotel amenities in a warm, professional setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payments, retail assistance, and maintaining a calm reception area while coordinating with spa and hotel teams for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, spa, or front desk experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Check guests in/out using the Spa Management System.
• Schedule and manage spa appointments by phone, online, and in person.
• Assist with retail sales and maintain a clean reception area.
• Answer questions about spa services, amenities, and hotel offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of services to assist with recommendations.
• Process payments and manage a cash bank.
• Collaborate with spa and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
