The Flowering Almond Spa at The Founders Inn & Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Ideal candidates will have Virginia licensure, strong guest service skills, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries and a clean treatment environment. CPR is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Virginia Massage Therapist license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous massage therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each guest's needs.
• Perform Swedish, therapeutic, sports, and other approved techniques within licensure.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary treatment rooms and equipment.
• Consult with guests to understand preferences and ensure comfort and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with spa front desk and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
