The Flowering Almond Spa at The Founders Inn & Spa, a Hilton Tapestry Collection property, seeks a friendly Spa Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, manage reservations, check-in/out, and assist with spa and hotel amenities in a warm, professional setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payments, retail assistance, and maintaining a calm reception area while coordinating with spa and hotel teams for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, spa, or front desk experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; cash handling experience preferred.

Hourly Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Located inside The Founders Inn & Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, The Flowering Almond Spa offers guests a relaxing retreat focused on wellness, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Spa Front Desk Agent to join our team. As one of the first and last points of contact for our spa guests, you'll help create a warm and welcoming experience while assisting with reservations, check-in and check-out, retail purchases, and guest requests.

Your Role

As a Spa Front Desk Agent, you will help ensure every guest of The Flowering Almond Spa receives attentive, professional, and personalized service from arrival through departure.

You’ll work closely with our spa professionals and hotel team to coordinate appointments, answer questions, assist with spa amenities, and maintain the calm and polished atmosphere our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests with a warm, professional, and friendly approach.
• Check guests in and out accurately using the Spa Management System.
• Schedule and manage spa appointments by phone, online, and in person.
• Answer questions regarding spa treatments, services, amenities, and hotel offerings.
• Assist guests with the fitness room, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and other spa amenities.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services and retail products to assist guests with recommendations and purchases.
• Process payments and accurately maintain an assigned cash bank.
• Assist with retail sales and maintain an attractive and organized retail area.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the spa reception and guest areas.
• Work collaboratively with Spa team members and other hotel departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain professional appearance, attendance, and punctuality standards.
• Perform additional reasonable duties assigned by Spa leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time position, with scheduling based on spa and hotel business needs.

Candidates must have flexibility to work assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-demand periods.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
