The Flowering Almond Spa at The Founders Inn & Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a part-time Spa Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality from guest arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include reservations, check-in/out, handling payments, assisting with amenities, and promoting spa and hotel services in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Check guests in/out using the Spa Management System.
• Schedule and manage spa appointments by phone, online or in person.
• Answer questions about spa treatments, services and hotel offerings.
• Assist guests with fitness area, locker rooms and other amenities.
• Maintain knowledge of services and products to advise guests.
• Process payments and manage a cash bank accurately.
• Support retail sales and keep the retail area organized.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a calm reception area.
• Collaborate with spa team and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

Your Role

As a Spa Front Desk Agent, you will help ensure every guest of The Flowering Almond Spa receives attentive, professional, and personalized service from arrival through departure.

You'll work closely with our spa professionals and hotel team to coordinate appointments, answer questions, assist with spa amenities, and maintain the calm and polished atmosphere our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests with a warm, professional, and friendly approach.
• Check guests in and out accurately using the Spa Management System.
• Schedule and manage spa appointments by phone, online, and in person.
• Answer questions regarding spa treatments, services, amenities, and hotel offerings.
• Assist guests with the fitness room, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and other spa amenities.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services and retail products to assist guests with recommendations and purchases.
• Process payments and accurately maintain an assigned cash bank.
• Assist with retail sales and maintain an attractive and organized retail area.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the spa reception and guest areas.
• Work collaboratively with Spa team members and other hotel departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain professional appearance, attendance, and punctuality standards.
• Perform additional reasonable duties assigned by Spa leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time position, with scheduling based on spa and hotel business needs.

Candidates must have flexibility to work assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-demand periods.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
