Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the spa front desk team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Oversee reservations for spa services and cabanas, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Manage daily financial processes, including submitting reports and reconciling payments.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming spa environment.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with reservations or directions.
• Support the safety and security of the spa.
• Collaborate with the Spa Director on operational improvements.
