Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage provider schedules with accuracy and proactive communication.
• Coordinate daily treatment flow to keep appointments on time.
• Maintain accurate client records and process transactions carefully.
• Discuss services, treatment packages, memberships, and retail options with clients.
• Support rebooking and long-term client relationships with providers.
