Job summary

Bohemia Healing Spa in Wichita, KS, seeks a friendly Spa Coordinator to greet guests, manage bookings, and support daily spa operations in a warm, peaceful setting.

You’ll coordinate appointments, answer questions about services, process payments, and collaborate with therapists to ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining pristine front desk and relaxation areas. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and a flexible schedule helps us serve guests evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Spa/hospitality/customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Balance guest-facing responsibilities with spa operations
• Dependable, proactive attitude
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience with booking software or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
• Answer phone questions about services and spa offerings
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the guest experience
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Solicit and address client feedback promptly and professionally
• Promote spa services, treatments, and offers genuinely
• Collaborate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
• Sanitize and disinfect lobby, relaxation room, bathrooms, and break areas
• Assist with laundry deliveries and keep linens organized
• Monitor linen levels and alert management when supplies run low
• Prepare soaks and saunas for guests; clean and maintain them
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
• Support spa areas and back-of-house tasks for smooth operation
• Help coordinate spa parties and guest flow between treatments
• Refresh spaces during events and assist with post-event cleanup
