Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Hospitality, retail, or spa industry experience is a plus; spa software and MS Office preferred.
• Skills: Multi-line phone systems, product selling, and guest education on treatments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient guests, ensuring they feel welcome, relaxed, and informed as they enter the spa.
• Escort guests to their lockers, provide robes and slippers, and assist throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of all guest areas—lounge, locker rooms, fitness center, and wet facilities.
• Answer phones, route calls, manage emails, and assist with reservations.
• Turn rooms between treatments, assist with spa laundry, and manage retail inventory.
• Provide confirmation calls and handle last-minute appointment changes.
• Recommend and upsell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a tranquil environment and professional appearance at all times.
