Aurora Medical Spa in Des Peres, MO is seeking a Spa Coordinator to anchor daily operations and client experience at our Des Peres clinic. This full-time, in-person role connects clients, providers, and clinic operations to ensure everyone feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.

The Spa Coordinator will manage schedules, treatment flow, membership conversations, and retail education while fostering a professional, team-oriented culture that reflects Aurora's standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
• Interest in beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics.
• Two or more years in medical aesthetics, dermatology, spa, dental, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
• Experience with scheduling or practice management software (preferred).
• Familiarity with Des Peres and greater St. Louis area (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-level client experience from check-in through check-out; manage provider schedules with accuracy and proactive communication.
• Coordinate daily treatment flow so appointments stay on time and service stays strong; maintain accurate client records; process transactions carefully.
• Discuss services, treatment packages, and membership options; support retail recommendations and education around products and aftercare.
• Partner with providers on rebooking and long-term client relationships; contribute to a professional, positive team culture.
