Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles with a focus on service delivery.
• Familiarity with spa operations and client interactions is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the spa journey with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Escort guests to appointments and assist with lounge amenities and tours.
• Handle payments for services and products and manage basic clerical tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in reception and spa areas, including locker rooms and laundry transport.
